FameFit Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using FameFit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FameFit is a fitness tracking application for iOS and watchOS that:
- Tracks your workouts and converts them to experience points (XP)
- Provides social features for sharing fitness achievements
- Enables challenges and group workouts with other users
- Syncs data between your iPhone and Apple Watch
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FameFit. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Create false or misleading profiles
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Manipulate or falsify workout data or XP
5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: FameFit is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
- Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program
- Listen to your body and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during workouts
- The App's workout tracking and XP calculations are for motivational purposes only
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FameFit, you consent to:
- The collection and use of your fitness data as described in the Privacy Policy
- Data synchronization through iCloud/CloudKit
- Optional sharing of workout achievements with other users
7. Challenges and XP System
- XP earned through workouts is for motivational purposes only
- XP has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for goods or services
- Challenge stakes are limited to in-app XP only
- We reserve the right to adjust XP calculations for fairness
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FAMEFIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
